Job Title: Data Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with deep expertise in data management, data integration, and data governance to support the implementation of a new Project Management Information System (PMIS) on the Kahua platform. This role will focus on centralizing project data within a complex system architecture, enabling advanced analytics, real-time processing, and secure data exchanges. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in systems inventory, integration, migration, mapping, governance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in technical designs, system configuration, data integration, and migration requirements.
Review, plan, define, and document data analysis, mapping, technical design, integration, and reporting processes.
Conduct full data inventory assessments across multiple project systems.
Perform in-depth data quality analysis and validation.
Create and maintain data models, interpret findings, and deliver insights through reports and visualizations.
Execute data cleansing, transformation, and historical data maintenance.
Collaborate with system architects, technical teams, and vendors on system design, migration execution, and governance.
Establish standardized data migration processes, mapping requirements, and metadata augmentation.
Present findings using charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports.
Assist in developing and deploying new reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
Provide technical and functional support for enterprise engineers and end-users.
Support UAT, Pilot, and Go-Live phases with technical assistance and training.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
10+ years of demonstrated experience in data management, analysis, and migration.
Strong background in data visualization, dashboards, and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or business/data-related certification.
Experience in workflow reengineering, systems configuration, and integration projects.
Background in the construction or engineering industry.
Hands-on experience with the Kahua platform.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Exposure to SaaS environments, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
