Highly Experienced (6 to 9 years)

 

Core Duties: 1. Mastery of Workday Reporting:
Engineer advanced, sophisticated Workday reports and analytics, as well as dashboards.
Engage with corporate teams to understand reporting requisites and translate them into high-functioning Workday reports.
Refine and improve prevailing reports to align with dynamic business demands and heighten performance.
Uphold the precision and integrity of all data in the reporting Woutputs.
Offer educational support and technical assistance on report generation within Workday to users.

2. Governance of Workday Data:
Craft and apply protocols for systematic data archiving and elimination within Workday.
Define a coherent data retention strategy per regulatory guidelines and internal corporate policies.
Conduct systematic inspections of data storage and disposal to guarantee compliance and accuracy.
Partner with IT and regulatory teams to formulate and implement plans related to data storage and disposal.
Identify and rectify issues associated with data archiving and disposal procedures.

Necessary Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or another pertinent discipline.
At least half a decade of practical engagement with Workday, particularly in data reporting, archiving, and purging activities.
Mastery of Workday s reporting instruments, such as advanced, matrix, and composite reporting.
Detailed comprehension of Workday s data architecture, its security measures, and data handling practices.
Proven experience with the tools and methods associated with Workday data archiving and purging.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational acumen.
Effective communicator and team player, adept at interfacing with various departments.
Possession of Workday qualifications in Reporting and Data Management would be advantageous.

Desirable Skills:
Prior experience in the aerospace and defense sector.
Understanding of data protection laws and compliance benchmarks.
Background in leading projects.
Capability to operate autonomously and juggle multiple tasks under tight schedules.
