Seeking a ServiceNow CSDM Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Common Service Data Model framework. The role involves governing CSDM standards, conducting workshops, and ensuring integration with modules like CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM. Requires 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, deep knowledge of CSDM and ITSM principles, and strong analytical and communication skills. ServiceNow certification (CIS) and scripting experience are preferred. Ideal for candidates experienced in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
