IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of business systems in support of our banking technology programs. Responsibilities will include managing the discovery process for eliciting requirements and coordinating all tasks associated with solution definition, design, and development. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing the project charter, planning capacity, effort and cost estimates, resource requirements, work breakdown structure, and schedule. You will schedule resources on tasks, conduct status update meetings and working sessions, review and track project progress, report and present to project stakeholders, and monitor vendor deliverables and service level agreements. You will also develop risk assessments, risk mitigations/responses, document issues, assign issues, and track issues to closure. Following and enhancing established project management procedures and utilizing the project budget by developing capital expenditures will also be key responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5 years experience independently managing medium to large-sized enterprise level technology projects
• Demonstrated experience managing software development and IT infrastructure implementations/upgrades
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Excellent understanding of Project Management disciplines
• Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Proficient in MS365 applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Project schedule development and management
• Project resource management
• CSM or PMI-ACP is nice to have
• IT Project Management experience in the banking/finance industry
