RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Engineer Senior to join their team. This is a remote opportunity. As a Quality Engineer Senior, you'll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.
Responsibilities:
* Quality Engineer Senior will perform usability testing and communicating activities and findings
* Building automated testing scripts
* Interacting with software engineers about new testing requirements
* As a Quality Engineer Senior, you will control and manage daily test activities
* Providing internal quality assurance
* Generating API's to speak to partners for processing
* Primary project - create API integration with partner products
* API work integrated into GUI
* Some front-end work involved
REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Experience with primary database engines and the ability to write data validation and troubleshooting queries
* Experience with testing automation
* Experience with SQL
* Knowledge of application development, software testing and quality management
* Expertise with an automation tools/framework such as Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter
* Expertise in at least one object-oriented language
Added bonus if you have:
* Debit Card Industry experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
