Title: Virtual Trainer (ChatGPT)
Location: Remote Role
Contract: 3 months Contract role

- Deliver engaging, instructor-led virtual training sessions via WebEx to enterprise learners, following a provided facilitator guide and course materials.
- Facilitate ChatGPT 101 and 102 sessions, focusing on foundational AI concepts, prompt engineering, data analysis, and responsible AI use.
- Confidently explain Large Language Models (LLMs) and demonstrate how to use ChatGPT for business applications, including documentation and analysis.
- Collaborate with a virtual producer to manage tech logistics, monitor chat/Q&A, and troubleshoot participant issues during live sessions.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive virtual classroom with up to 350 participants, ensuring engagement via chat, polls, and reactions.
- Conduct pre-session setup, including testing audio/video, uploading slides, preparing breakout rooms, and aligning on session logistics.
- Provide real-time support and guidance, answer participant questions, and ensure smooth delivery despite muted participants and limited interactivity.
- Share post-session feedback, help improve delivery, and support follow-up actions such as distributing session materials or reports.
