JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of DuckCreek software solutions.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

Customize and configure DuckCreek applications, including DuckCreek Policy, Billing, and Claims components, to meet client needs.

Develop and maintain DuckCreek integration points with third-party systems and external data sources.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members.

Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and testing activities to ensure the reliability and performance of DuckCreek solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support during system implementations and upgrades.

Stay updated on DuckCreek product releases, enhancements, and best practices.
