  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of three (3) years of infrastructure project management experience.
    • Experience with workback schedules, budget tracking, and resource planning.
    • Ability to manage hybrid work environments and coordinate remote/on-property teams.
    • Professional demeanor and polished communication style for client-facing interactions.
    • Familiarity with Avaya systems, including call center environments and phone tree routing.
    • Experience managing vendors and third-party installers, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
    • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with infrastructure or call center systems.
    • PMP or similar certification preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Hospitality experience not required; practical, industry-standard mindset valued over industry experience.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to Boston, MA for project facilitation.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead infrastructure-focused projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    • Manage project delivery for systems like Avaya phone systems, switchboard replacements, and call center migrations.
    • Coordinate remote and on-property work, ensuring a polished, professional presence during onsite phases.
    • Facilitate cross-functional teams during go-live events to minimize business impact.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure leadership to implement industry best practices and enforce Wynn-specific standards.
    • Interface with stakeholders across multiple verticals (e.g., infrastructure, guest services, IT operations) to support project delivery.
    • Support vendor oversight and ensure third-party installers meet compliance and technical expectations.
    • Maintain consistency and operational alignment across multiple properties and time zones.
