About the Role
We are seeking an Integration & Automation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Boomi, UKG, and ServiceNow, along with a solid understanding of IT/OT integration. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and delivering enterprise-grade automation and integration solutions that connect systems across IT, HR, and operational technology environments.
You ll work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, enable real-time data exchange, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that improve performance, agility, and user experience.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions using Boomi, ServiceNow, and UKG platforms.
- Build and optimize workflows across IT, HR, and operational systems to drive automation and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with IT and OT stakeholders to bridge data and process gaps between enterprise and industrial systems.
- Develop and manage APIs, data mappings, and middleware logic for real-time and batch integrations.
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of integration architecture across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and support production deployments.
- Define and maintain documentation, best practices, and governance for integrations.
- Support modernization efforts, enabling data flow between legacy systems and modern cloud platforms.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and integration standards.
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in enterprise integration and automation roles.
- Proven expertise with Boomi, ServiceNow Integration Hub, and UKG Pro or Dimensions.
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), event-driven architectures, and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, including integration with MES, SCADA, or other operational systems.
- Experience delivering integration solutions across HCM, ERP, ITSM, and supply chain platforms.
- Ability to design, implement, and manage end-to-end integration lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in cross-functional, agile environments.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, RPA tools, or workflow automation in ServiceNow.
- Exposure to data governance, master data management, or catalog design.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, retail, or energy.
- Certifications in Boomi, ServiceNow, or related integration technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, performance optimization, and DevOps pipelines.
