Job Details

What You Will Do:

Oversees the purpose, status and execution of the projects in the Mobile and Digital Platform program and supports project-level activity to ensure the program goals are met. Acts as a team leader and works with senior executives and management to manage and/or adjust the roadmap as conditions change, deliver program related efforts; leading cross-functional teams to successfully drive projects to completion. Monitors the overall progress of the program to ensure that the scheduled projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceptional quality. Collaborates with Line of Business and Enterprise Technologies teams to plan and schedule program/project deliverables, goals, and milestones. Identifies potential conflicts in program and provides strategic solutions to ensure that timelines are met.

What We Require:

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business or comparable education and/or experience. Minimum five (5) years of program and (8) years project management and implementation experience. Subject matter expertise and experience executing projects in the mobile and digital platform space. PMP/PMI certification or accreditable PM/PgM certification/degrees from other recognized institutions/universities. Subject matter expertise knowledge of project management methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Knowledge of the financial services business and the capabilities/features. Knowledge of the financial services business and the capabilities/features. Able to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy. Experience working with IT, engineering and QA/QC teams to move tests through implementation while balancing timeline, quality, and scope.
