Overview
Our public utility client in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Oracle Talent Management & Learning Module Lead to oversee the end-to-end design, build, and implementation of the Oracle Talent Management module within a large-scale HCM transformation program. This role requires a seasoned SME capable of guiding both onshore and offshore teams, advising key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and functional lead for the Oracle Talent Management & Learning modules.
- Lead and manage the offshore functional team and collaborate closely with the client's internal team to ensure coordination and alignment.
- Design, build, configure, and validate Oracle Talent Mgmt and Learning solutions in alignment with business requirements and transformation goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in design sessions, answering client questions, providing guidance, and offering best-practice recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, modernization, and transformation within the Talent Management and Learning workstreams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HCM, technology, and business teams to ensure seamless integration across modules and systems.
- Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable design.
