This involves keeping processes and policies up-to-date and providing support during their development stages. Additionally, handles the creation and refinement of job descriptions as required, and it contributes to the development of an updated taxonomy.
Technical Support: Provide guidance and direction on best utilization practices for technologies including Power Automate and Power Apps. Actively engages with stakeholders to discern requirements, thereby crafting scalable, secure, and sustainable tailor-made solutions. Also, devises stringent testing methodologies to verify that these solutions align with quality parameters and business stipulations. Furthermore, it ensures all solution architectures, workflows, and configurations are thoroughly documented.
