Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager III to manage large scale and complex projects within the payments industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various disciplines. The position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering opportunities for travel and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design operational plans for project execution, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the efforts of project teams, including internal and external resources, to ensure efficient execution and completion.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve or escalate project issues to minimize project delays and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and updates for stakeholders to provide visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Champion best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies and frameworks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale projects within the payments or financial services industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to travel as required by project demands.
  • Commitment to professional ethics and integrity in project management practices.

Pay Range: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour
