Role: UX Designer with Financial background

Location: Atlanta, GA

W2 Contract Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance user experiences across web and mobile financial applications.

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly designs.

  • Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards in all deliverables.

  • Interpret data and customer insights to improve UX performance metrics.

  • Stay up to date with trends in fintech, digital banking, and customer experience design.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of UX design experience (preferably in the financial, fintech, or banking sector).

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of financial products, workflows, and terminology.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
