Senior Analyst, IT Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst, IT Manufacturing to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT and business operations, with a focus on Supply Chain Management, specifically in Manufacturing, Inventory Management and Warehousing. The Senior Analyst, IT Manufacturing will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP PP modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as LE, MM and SD. The role requires prior experience in managing external IT service providers, delivering projects and providing ongoing support to maintain platform performance. This is a hybrid position and requires the ability to be onsite in Chicago 3 days per week.

Senior Analyst, IT Manufacturing Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP PP modules, with a preference for S/4 experience (relevant experience with older versions of SAP ECC PP or SAP WM is acceptable)


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within Supply Chain Management


• Manage external IT service providers to deliver solutions in alignment with business objectives


• Lead system implementation activities, including data migration, training and testing


• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation and performance of the SAP platform


• Guide the business on the appropriate use of the SAP system to optimize operations


• Hands-on experience in Warehouse operations and/or Manufacturing Processes and their master data


• Hands-on experience in MRP planning and its master data


• Experience with interfaces, test and deploy solutions


• Familiarity with APO integration and understanding of IDOCs is a plus

Senior Analyst, IT Manufacturing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field


• 4+ years of IT and business/industry work experience


• Proven experience with SAP PP configuration and support


• Experience with SAP LE, MM and SD modules


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


• Proficiency in Spanish language is also a plus
