Senior Application Developer
Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)
12+Month Contract

Client is seeking a Senior Application Developer to support application development of the Time & Pay Data Analytics (TPDA) application on Google Cloud Platform. The role involves system analysis, development, testing, data migration, and transformation tasks in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct systems and requirements analysis to identify project tasks

  • Create task lists and time estimates for project planning

  • Perform analysis, design, code, test, correct, and document moderate to highly complex programs

  • Support data analysis and data migration activities

  • Write scripts for data cleansing, formatting, and transformation

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality review requirements

  • Collaborate with fellow developers and business owners

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Looker (Google Cloud core) development using LookML 4 5 years

  • BigQuery development and database design 4 5 years

  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) development tools 4 5 years

  • Agile development experience

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desired Skills

  • Python programming 4 5 years

  • API development architecture and design
