As a Software Engineer on a contingent assignment, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. About the Role
As a Software Engineer on a contingent assignment, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and execution of software engineering projects with moderate complexity.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges by evaluating multiple variables and proposing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Apply knowledge of engineering best practices, policies, and compliance requirements to support project goals.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent experience through work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and advanced SQL/PLSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
