Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise LAN/WLAN architecture, wireless deployments, and core network infrastructure. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco and Juniper-based wired and wireless solutions across large-scale enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Cisco Prime, Cisco Spaces, Arista switches, and Wi-Fi deployment best practices, and should be comfortable conducting site surveys, RF planning, and troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN and WLAN infrastructure.

  • Configure and manage Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC 9800 series) and Juniper Mist environments.

  • Leverage Cisco Spaces for real-time location analytics and tracking.

  • Perform advanced switch configuration and management (Cisco & Arista) including VLANs, QoS, OSPF, and BGP.

  • Conduct detailed site surveys using Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar tools for Wi-Fi design and validation.

  • Optimize RF designs including AP placement, antenna selection, and interference mitigation strategies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across wired and wireless segments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise network projects and enhancements.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise network design and deployment (wired and wireless).

  • Deep expertise in Cisco Wireless, Cisco LAN, Juniper Wireless (Mist), and Cisco Prime.

  • Proficiency in Cisco Spaces for location-based services and analytics.

  • Strong working knowledge of Cisco and Arista switches, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and QoS configuration.

  • Hands-on experience with site survey tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet).

  • In-depth understanding of RF principles, AP mounting, and wireless interference resolution.


Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

  • CCNP Wireless or CCIE Wireless

  • CWNA / CWDP

  • Juniper Mist Certifications
