RPA Business Analyst

Exceptional role for an RPA Business Analyst who will work very closely with technical teams and business SMEs. You will help identify automation opportunities and participate in the design and implementation of RPA solutions.

In this role, you will be working with RPA developers and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will be the Business Analyst to help design UIPath-based automation solutions that meet stakeholder needs and objectives.

We need your skills in:

• UIPath to analyze complex business processes and develop automation workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies with a focus on process automation and RPA
• Implementing automation opportunities that optimize business processes
• Conducting detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation
• Assessing feasibility, and estimating potential ROI and business impact.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Any UIPath certification(s) will come in handy.
