Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 support for Microsoft Teams Phone and Genesys Cloud
Triage and respond to telecom service requests and incidents
Collaborate with MSPs for escalated support and issue resolution
Assist with configuration changes, number management, and user provisioning
Maintain documentation and records for telecom systems and processes.
What We re Looking For:
Experience with VoIP or CCaaS platforms (MS Teams and/or Genesys Cloud preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
