RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking a seasoned Senior Workday Integration Developer. This role focuses on oversight and strategic guidance rather than hands-on development. The ideal candidate will act as an Integration SME, collaborating with stakeholders to review specifications, recommend best practices, and ensure integration quality. Occasional design and development work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership and oversight for Workday integrations
* Review and advise on integration specs and architecture
* Collaborate with HRIS and business teams to gather requirements
* Ensure integration security, compliance, and documentation
* Support design and development using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Workday Integration Certification preferred
* 6+ years of Workday integration experience
* Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs (REST/SOAP), and security
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
