RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a CRM Admin in Ofallon, MO.
Key Tasks:
* Manage and develop the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM platform for Sales and Service; Customize and configure the CRM system to meet business needs and provide ongoing support to users; Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure effective integration with other business systems
* Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using entities, relationships, forms, JavaScript, views, workflows, plugins, business rules, and visualizations
* Develop and implement workflows, plugins, and integrations with other business systems
* Extend and support Power Portal solutions for Sales and Service teams
* Lead teams of Dynamics Consultants and Developers, prioritizing incidents and requests
* Partner with the Marketing Team and external consultants to support Dynamics Customer Insights, Real Time Journeys, and Customer Voice
* Gather and document requirements for CRM customizations and enhancements
* Extend and deploy Dynamics Sales and Customer Service module across multiple segments and plants
* Support Deal Desk approvals triggered from Dynamics CE
* Participate in an Agile team building a new Sales collaboration solution running on the Azure/Microsoft stack
* Develop and support Dataverse-based Power BI Datasets and Dataflows
* Rationalize Sales and Customer source data from various systems, centralizing in Dynamics CRM
* Support custom SOAP services with C#, Dynamics CRM SDK, and .NET for external quoting systems
* Conduct light business analysis and project management for Dynamics CRM Development
* Provide ongoing support and training for CRM users
* Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues
* Ensure data quality and consistency within the CRM system
* Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
* Develop reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
