Job Details
Seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to join our team. This role will be crucial in leveraging our existing ServiceNow platform to enhance our IT service management capabilities and improve employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and the ability to implement and optimize solutions based on our specific needs.
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including Change Management, Major Incident Management (with potential Microsoft Teams Integration), Walk-Up Experience, Hardware Asset Management Pro, and Software Asset Management Pro.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of the ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams Chat/Portal to enhance communication and accessibility.
Contribute to the setup and utilization of the Virtual Agent to automate common support requests.
Support the exploration and potential implementation of the NowAssist for ITSM to improve efficiency and insights.
Utilize App Engine for ITSM to develop and customize applications that extend the core ITSM functionality.
Work with Workflow Data Fabric (Databricks & Redshift)
Contribute to the implementation and configuration of Employee Center Pro to provide a unified employee portal experience.
Support the implementation and integration of Integrated Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Participate in testing and validation of ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on ITSM implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow modules mentioned above (Change Management, Major Incident Management, Walk-Up Experience, Hardware Asset Management Pro, Software Asset Management Pro).
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and AI capabilities.
Experience with ServiceNow App Engine for building custom applications.
Experience with implementing or integrating Employee Center Pro.
Exposure to Integrated Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM) are highly desirable.
