Test Technician (2ND Shift)

We're looking for a Systems Test Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll support system testing, failure analysis, and repair activities to ensure quality targets are met and products are delivered on time. You'll work closely with cross-functional production and management teams, playing a key role in testing systems, troubleshooting errors, performing hardware repairs, and driving continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations

- System Test

- System setup in test

- System updates and verification

- Execution of system test scripts and process

- System Failure Analysis and Repair

- Identification of error codes

- Troubleshooting of system errors for corrective actions

- Execution of system hardware repairs per proper procedures

- Issue Resolution

- Manage/escalate issues impacting systems in test and communicate to Peer technicians, Team Lead and Supervisors

- Continuous Improvement / 5S Support

- Work with extended team to identify and execute process improvements / 5S actions

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications (preferred but not required)

Experience configuring Microsoft OS (Vista/Win7/Server/Office) and basic Linux required

1+ year of PC hardware or networking experience
