How You Will Make An Impact

• Design clear, detailed workflows for high-priority areas using tools such as Microsoft Visio
• Create essential documentation to support process standardization and long-term sustainability
• Build a structured inventory of lower-priority process gaps and rank them based on urgency and business impact
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure recommendations align with strategic goals
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams through documentation, reports, and live walkthroughs
• Support junior team members by sharing process improvement methodologies and best practices

Are You a Process Optimization Rock Star?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, procurement, or financial operations
• Lean Six Sigma certification (required)
• Advanced proficiency with workflow design tools such as Microsoft Visio
• Proven experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
