Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Solution Architect with strong backend development expertise to join a strategic project. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Kafka, and AWS Cloud.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive end-to-end backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure microservices.
  • Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for asynchronous communication.
  • Develop and deploy applications to AWS cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Provide timely delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:
  • 15+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Solid experience with Apache Kafka (event-driven architecture).
  • Proficiency in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, security, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
