Location: Remote
Rate: $90–$95/hr

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core HR and Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in Fast Formulas to support Public Sector implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting complex payroll and compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor

  • Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and time calculations

  • Configure payroll elements, balances, input values, and retro processing

  • Support data conversions, integrations, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) processes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve formula compilation and runtime issues

  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Ensure compliance with legislative and organizational policies

  • Optimize system performance and support ongoing enhancements

  • Develop and support BI Publisher (BIP) reports and HCM extracts
