Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst
Top Skills:
Salesforce knowledge is critical.
Strong organizational skills- looking to expand team - not looking for someone that needs to have their hand held.
Willingness to work in multiple time zones.
eCommerce experience is a plus but open to candidates coming from different industries as long as they have the Salesforce experience.
Salesforce Certification
Day to Day:
Glue between development team and stakeholders.
Daily stand ups- review current items
Communicate with business stakeholders on how they can automate process of business- how can we automate processes.
Work on integration project from old salesforce to newer salesforce.
Community cloud- seller facing- they just launched so will be working on this.
Work is mostly project based- take one process internal team is executing- review and see how they can make it work within their system.

Industry experience is more important than education
Emphasis on what projects they have worked on previously- ability to highlight salesforce experience specifically during an interview and proficiency with it- not just seeing it listed on resume
