for shaping the strategic roadmap, driving execution, and delivering measurable value to both internal stakeholders and external users.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects in the GenAI product space, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
Develop and Communicate Product Roadmaps: Define and maintain a clear, strategic product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and communicates value to stakeholders at all levels.
Enhance Product Adoption: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer success) and external partners to develop and refine data-driven strategies that boost product adoption and improve colleague satisfaction.
Analyze and Define Vision: Leverage product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product strategy and define a compelling long-term vision.
Influence Product Decisions: Review and synthesize requirements from business partners to shape product features and prioritize development efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to define clear goals, set success criteria, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
