Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Sage X3 Support Analyst to provide application and functional support for our Sage X3 ERP system. This role will be responsible for supporting end-users, resolving system issues, handling tickets related to daily operations, and ensuring data integrity across key business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory.


Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing issues with Sage X3.

  • Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets via the helpdesk system.

  • Provide initial troubleshooting, user guidance, and issue resolution where applicable.

  • Escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

  • Perform user access and security role management.



  • Investigate and resolve more complex application issues and errors.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes.

  • Monitor system performance and data integrity.

  • Support process improvements and participate in testing new modules or features.

  • Document solutions, standard operating procedures, and FAQs for the knowledge base.


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting Sage X3 ERP in an L1/L2 role.

  • Solid understanding of key Sage X3 modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Distribution, with Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI).

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting application errors and user-reported issues.

  • Experience with resolving tickets timely, ServiceNow is a plus. Along with triage through emails, Teams chats, calls.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with SQL queries and basic data analysis is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Sage X3 administration, workflows, or development is a bonus.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, a plus.

  • 4-yr degree from an accredited university.
