  • Reconfigure environment variables, connection references, and authentication post-migration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compatibility, security roles, and user access in the target tenant
  • Perform functionality validation and regression testing after each migration wave
  • Document findings, configuration decisions, and recommendations for handoff and operational support
  • Provide input into cut-over planning and post-migration hyper-care

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience migrating Power Platform solutions across environments or tenants
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, custom connectors, and Power Platform ALM practices
  • Proficiency with PowerShell, PAC CLI, and Power Platform admin tools
  • Experience designing and implementing solution architecture for enterprise-grade Power Platform deployments
  • Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assessment and architecture sessions (limited to the first month)

  • Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-900)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar source control tools
  • Familiarity with Power BI workspace management and security role remapping
  • Previous consulting or customer-facing project experience in enterprise environments
