Join our team as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and technology partners. You'll lead efforts to prioritize and manage Salesforce products, ensuring seamless integration and operation within various teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize Salesforce user needs within Operations team.
- Maintain product backlog and roadmap, providing monthly reports to the department.
- Lead meetings with business operations teams to prioritize departmental work.
- Represent the department in regular calls with Product teams, offering insights and expertise.
- Participate in organizational meetings, presenting materials related to your expertise.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and implement strategic solutions.
- Advanced interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to fast-paced changes and needs.
- Effective communication with both large and small audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce products, particularly Health Cloud and Community Experience.
- Background in managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert for strategic projects.
