Job Details

Join our team as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and technology partners. You'll lead efforts to prioritize and manage Salesforce products, ensuring seamless integration and operation within various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize Salesforce user needs within Operations team.
  • Maintain product backlog and roadmap, providing monthly reports to the department.
  • Lead meetings with business operations teams to prioritize departmental work.
  • Represent the department in regular calls with Product teams, offering insights and expertise.
  • Participate in organizational meetings, presenting materials related to your expertise.

  • Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and implement strategic solutions.
  • Advanced interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced changes and needs.
  • Effective communication with both large and small audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce products, particularly Health Cloud and Community Experience.
  • Background in managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert for strategic projects.
