Seeking a Project Manager having In-depth knowledge across several areas, including: Accela application, Health Space application, data migration, Local Health District operations, ODH Food, Recreational Health, Sewage, Private Water, Complaints, and Animal Bite operations, CBOSS online payment system, OGRIP GIS service, ODH CARS system, and the State Innovate Program.

Role and Experience
- Working knowledge and experience with ODH s Health Space system.
- Understanding how the data in the Health Space system maps to the Accela system.
- Coordinating Health Space data exports.
- Verifying data between the Health Space system and the Accela system.
- Working knowledge and experience with the ODH Accela system.
- How the ODH and LHD Environmental Health licensing processes map to Accela Workflows.
- How to submit, process, and approve applications. How to issue licenses.
- Understand the variances in the Workflows between the Food, Pools, Spas, Campgrounds, Resident Camps, Ag Labor Camps, Sewage, and Private Water Programs.
- How automated validation and triggers are applied to the Workflows.
- Researching and developing new reports using the Accela Ad-hoc Report Builder.
- Integration and functionality between the ODH Accela system and the ODH CARS invoicing system.
- Coordinating and facilitating CBOSS account setup between CBOSS and Local Health Districts.
- Providing detailed feedback to Local Health Districts about the ODH Accela system functionality.
- How the OGRIP GIS service is implemented and used by the ODH Accela system.
- Understand the ODH Accela system s time accounting and payment processes.
- How, when, and by what mode communications are provided to the user community.
- Perform system Administrator functions to support all Local Health Districts, including the administration of user accounts, fees, political subdivisions, and other agency-related information.
- Coordinate with the Accela vendor and the State s Innovate Ohio Program to implement recurring data transfers.
- Collaborate with OMIS and the Accela vendor to ensure security compliance.
- Review contract and amendments to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate data verification with Local Health Districts.
- Work with the Accela vendor and the Local Health Districts to prepare for system deployment.
- Assist the Accela vendor with Provisioning activities.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with ODH Program Managers, Local Health District Commissioners, Local Health District Environmental Health Directors, and Local Health District staff.
- Prepare briefing slides and participate in monthly Governance updates.
- Prepare documentation to support various project-related needs, including: user guides, tracking documents, presentations, metrics, risk/issues, and enhancements.
- Work with the Accela vendor to monitor the Project Plan.
- Track, review and verify costs for deliverable milestones.
- Enter, review, and maintain defects in the Jira issue tracking tool.
- Provide weekly status updates to ODH management.
- Provide updates to various Local Health District working groups.
- Develop, update, and maintain the Frequently Asked Questions for the project.
