What we do

We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Leander, TX
Duration: 6+ Months

Requirements:

We're seeking a well-rounded full stack developer with strong proficiency in modern JavaScript technologies for ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal professional will have hands-on experience building scalable services with Node.js and delivering responsive web interfaces using popular front-end frameworks.

Key Focus Areas:

• Back-end logic and API development using Express.js / NestJS preferred
• Front-end integration and dynamic UI implementation with React.js, Angular, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of client-server communication (REST APIs, JSON)
• Proficient in working with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Collaborative development using Git and Agile best practices

Additional Value Areas:

• Experience with TypeScript, containerization (Docker), or cloud platforms
• Exposure to testing libraries (Jest, Cypress) and automation pipelines.
