We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist with over 10 years of domain knowledge in contract management lifecycle and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the IronClad Contract Management (ICM) product suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing processes using the IronClad platform. Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of contract management processes utilizing the IronClad Contract Management platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, finance, and operations to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations within ICM.
Configure and customize ICM to meet specific business needs, including workflows, templates, and reporting functionalities.
Act as a subject matter expert for IronClad product capabilities, providing guidance, training, and support to end-users across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into contract data, trends, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in contract management and IronClad product development.
