Required Skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions.
- Design and develop Service Now applications/modules, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
- Customize and enhance existing workflows, forms, and UI components to meet business needs.
- Implement and maintain Service Now best practices for development, configuration, and administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Service Now with other enterprise systems. Provide technical expertise and support for Service Now-related issues.
- Stay informed and knowledgeable of Service Now platform updates and new features to recommend and implement improvements.
- Public Trust/ Sensitive clearance.
Desired Skills
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer.
- Familiar with the Agile-Scrum process with a commitment to support the development team Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, CSS, and other Service Now scripting languages.
- Experience with Service Now integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Service Now FSM and Metric Base is a plus
