Role Summary:
The ServiceNow Technical Lead directs all technical aspects of service management platform implementation and optimization. They provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of the team implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ensure best practices in configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Provide oversight of technical resources, enforce coding standards, and drive solution quality.
- Collaborate with architects and process consultants to align solutions with future roadmap and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution strategies.
