Position: Senior Associate OpenShift (10+yrs exp. needed)

Role:
- Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters, including version upgrades, patching, and scaling.
- Deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications on OpenShift using tools like the oc CLI and OpenShift Console.
CI/CD Integration:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments, often integrating with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
- Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for both Azure/Google Cloud Platform and OpenShift, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to the OpenShift platform and containerized applications.
Security Implementation:
- Implement security best practices, user access control (RBAC), and security policies within the OpenShift environment.
- Develop and maintain IaC using tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of Google Cloud Platform resources.
Windows Server administration:
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure applications are designed for scalability and adhere to best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and runbooks.
- Manage the lifecycle of control plane and worker nodes, including upgrades and certificate management.
