ServiceNow Technical Manager
Location: Chicago, IL ( 5 days work from office)
Job Description:
- Lead and manage ServiceNow development projects from initiation to closure.
- Oversee the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and timely ServiceNow services - ITSM,ECPRO,ITOM
- Conduct regular assessments and performance reviews to ensure ServiceNow platform efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and latest ServiceNow features to enhance systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior members of the ServiceNow team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes and HRSD
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience in Agile methodology and working with global teams.
