Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage PLM testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Teamcenter PLM applications.
Ensure end-to-end validation of PLM functionalities including integrations and customizations.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and PLM administrators to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing for PLM systems.
Drive defect management: identify, log, track, and verify issue resolutions.
Provide technical leadership to the QA team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies for PLM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in PLM Testing with a focus on Teamcenter.
Solid understanding of PLM concepts, workflows, and systems.
Proven expertise in creating and executing test strategies, plans, and cases.
Experience in test management, defect tracking, and reporting tools.
Ability to lead a testing team, mentor members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
