Manage Siebel parameters, components, and enterprise profiles.
Troubleshoot Siebel issues related to performance, connectivity, and application failures.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes.
Handle Siebel backups, restores, and disaster recovery activities.
Support batch jobs, workflows, and EIM processes.
Work closely with Siebel developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.
Ensure adherence to change management and release processes.
