Hybrid day 1 on site

We are seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) activities for our enterprise-scale programs. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing large and complex programs, and demonstrates a strong capability in engaging and reporting to senior leadership teams with clarity and impact.

As an RTE, you will be responsible for facilitating program-level processes and execution, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment across teams, stakeholders, and leadership. This is a critical leadership role that serves as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and optimize the Agile Release Train (ART) execution across multiple cross-functional teams.

Organize and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, system demos, inspect & adapt workshops, and backlog reviews.

Track and report program-level progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders through concise and effective reporting.

Work with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment.

Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and proactively mitigate risks.

Drive continuous improvement through retrospective outcomes, metrics analysis, and coaching.

Foster collaboration across the enterprise and ensure alignment to the organizational goals.

Lead program-level ceremonies and act as a thought partner to delivery and engineering leadership.

Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on delivery metrics and team performance.

Ensure compliance with Agile, SAFe, and company governance frameworks.
