Hours & Pay


Pay Rate: $18.30 per hour


Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM


Temp-to-Hire: 520 hours with long-term potential

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain weaving looms to produce woven fabrics according to specifications


• Monitor equipment for quality, efficiency, and proper operation


• Detect and correct fabric defects such as broken ends or pattern irregularities


• Perform loom doffing, tying-in, and warp changes as required


• Record production data and maintain accurate shift logs


• Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance on looms


• Follow all plant safety policies and wear required PPE


• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous weaving or textile experience strongly preferred (but willing to train candidates with strong manufacturing skills and tenure)


• Ability to tie a weaver's knot


• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to visually inspect fabric for defects


• Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs


• Flexibility to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) before moving to assigned schedule


• Steady work history-no job hopping
