Location: Mount Laurel, NJ, Charlotte, NC

Key requirements

• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
• Work closely with Business and enhance the application functionality.
• Own and maintain product backlog of features
• Changing the order of items in the product backlog.
• Being always available to the development team to answer any questions team members have regarding the customer s needs and the customer s views of how the team is implementing a product feature.
• Responsible to coach, mentor and guide consultants to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges.
• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices.
• Lead agile workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders

Essential Skills

• Total IT Experience 15+ years
• Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
• Scrum Principles, Product requirement / Backlog Management, Product Roadmap Management, Decision Making, Communication
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Should have strong technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
• Create the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision.
• Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release.
• Develops personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts.
• Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
• Maximize product and business value.
• Validate Epics and User Stories and acceptance criteria for each story.
• Definition of Done to be defined clearly and it is product owner s responsibility.
• Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
• Supporting documents, images, and, possibly, rough wireframes for user stories
• Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives.
• Excellent detailed written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some user interface documentation skills.
• Subject matter expertise in the particular product or market and how to develop solutions for this market. Subject matter expertise should include specific industry or technical knowledge.
• Excellent teamwork skills especially with people who are less skilled in communication.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams is especially important.
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Follow our competitors and the industry Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
• Experience in project risk management and financial management
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Market Analysis, Release Management.

Essential Qualification

• Master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline or other project certification.
• CPO certification is a must.
• Scrum Master certification
