RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer.
Summary:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer with backend focus, you'll contribute to a high-impact business platform Working within a collaborative team, you'll implement backend services, integrate systems, and build full-stack features using modern technologies. You will work extensively with engineering teams across the organization, taking initiative to solve complex problems with available resources. This role offers cutting-edge technology exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful contribution to a widely-used enterprise platform.
Responsibilities:
* Implement backend services and system integrations
* Build full-stack features using React and Python
* Collaborate across engineering teams to leverage existing services
* Take initiative on creative problem-solving approaches
* Maintain code quality and system performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of fullstack experience with backend focus
* Proficient in Python, React, TypeScript, and gRPC
* Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
* Experience with build systems and static type checking
* Driven problem solver who works well independently and with strong initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with enterprise software or business application development
* Background in performance optimization and scalability challenges
* Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
* Experience with Bazel build system and Python type checking with Mypy
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
