Overview

Seeking a UX Designer who can simplify complex workflows and create cohesive, user-centered experiences at scale. This role requires balancing strategy with craft designing intuitive digital products that unify experiences across systems and platforms.

Must-Haves

• 3-5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in complex or enterprise contexts.


• A portfolio showcasing strong interaction and visual design with examples of simplifying workflows/systems.


• Proficiency with Figma, including high-fidelity interactive prototypes.


• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered methods.


• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities.


• Comfort moving between big-picture strategy and detailed execution.


• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.


• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Background in enterprise-grade tools, data-rich products, or design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the user, transforming complex workflows into intuitive product solutions.


• Design elegant, end-to-end journeys that scale across teams and platforms.


• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly using user insights.


• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring concepts to launch.


• Contribute to and evolve the design system, driving cohesion and efficiency across platforms.


• Present designs with clarity and vision, inspiring teams and guiding product direction.
