Description:
Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery. Serve as liaisons between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensure that team members understand project objectives. Maintain product backlog and release plan, and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals. Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes. Career-Level position within field. Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline. Conducts complex work important to the organization. Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires six to nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Manage release/delivery management aspects for monthly releases.
- Draft release notes for key items included in each release
- Drive weekly roadmap, release, and sprint planning calls
- Manage agile ceremonies within the team - stand up, retrospective, refinement, sprint planning, release planning, pre-refinement
- Produce weekly executive updates for product and progress
- Engage with supporting teams on any key deliverables required for team
- Learn and understand product to better understand and engage with team members
