Job description:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
10+ years of experience in business process consulting or direct utilities industry experience specifically DSCADA.

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This job requires skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
Familiarity with Electricity Distribution applications and processes, specifically related to DSCADA.
Strong exposure to Application development, system integration around DSCADA.

Required Technologies:
Deep understanding of Electricity (Utilities) Distribution domain
DSCADA experience
SME with experience in Aspen - OSI Monarch and Outage Management System (OMS) system

Responsibilities:
Lead/drive requirements gathering workshops for blueprint design purposes.
Lead business process design workshops.
Lead and develop the necessary interfaces, integrations, and enhancements to the operational systems.
Be able to supervise the IT aspect related to DSCADA systems deployment, upgrade and maintenance.
Develop and execute implementation plans based on a thorough understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC), both Waterfall and Agile.
Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements.
Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation.
Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, to develop a timely resolution.
Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders.
Review status, manage schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports.
Act as single point of contact for practice related use cases implementation.
Know how on DER integrations.
