Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence, etc.).
Design and deliver solutions using the Redwood Experience including personalization, branding, guided processes, and improved UI/UX.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
Lead or support Redwood UX adoption projects, including training and communication.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve issues and apply patches/fixes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and change control procedures.
Support testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Redwood UX features (e.g., Journeys, HCM Redwood Pages, Smart HR).
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience in configurations, fast formulas, role-based security, and approval workflows.
Ability to interpret functional requirements and translate them into technical or configuration tasks.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Core HR, Talent, or Payroll.
Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Change Management and Agile delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting, Learning, or Compensation Cloud is a plus
