Job Details

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (Redwood Experience)

Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence, etc.).

  • Design and deliver solutions using the Redwood Experience including personalization, branding, guided processes, and improved UI/UX.

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.

  • Lead or support Redwood UX adoption projects, including training and communication.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

  • Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve issues and apply patches/fixes.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and change control procedures.

  • Support testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Redwood UX features (e.g., Journeys, HCM Redwood Pages, Smart HR).

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

  • Experience in configurations, fast formulas, role-based security, and approval workflows.

  • Ability to interpret functional requirements and translate them into technical or configuration tasks.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Core HR, Talent, or Payroll.

  • Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and REST APIs.

  • Familiarity with Change Management and Agile delivery methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting, Learning, or Compensation Cloud is a plus
