Job Title: NetSuite Consultant (with Coupa Procurement Experience)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant with strong expertise in Coupa Procurement to support our client s ERP and procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in configuring, customizing, and integrating NetSuite ERP modules, while also managing and optimizing Coupa procurement workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize NetSuite ERP modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
- Develop and optimize workflows, scripts, dashboards, and reports in NetSuite.
- Support third-party integrations with NetSuite and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Troubleshoot, resolve system issues, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Manage and configure Coupa Procurement modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, and Expense Management.
- Streamline procurement workflows and enhance efficiency through system improvements.
- Integrate Coupa with NetSuite and other platforms.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption of best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (implementation, configuration, and customization).
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Reporting).
- Proven experience with Coupa Procurement (P2P, Supplier Management, Expense Management).
- Experience with system integrations between NetSuite, Coupa, and third-party platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical/functional issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
